In accordance with the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, as well as the requirements of provincial, municipal, district, and township Party committees and governments, and guided by the principle of “identifying major safety risks and eliminating major accident hazards,” on March 5, 2021, the Production Department and Office of the parent company Changchai Co., Ltd. carried out safety, environmental protection, and fire safety inspections at Changniu Machinery.

In order to implement the company’s management policy, improve employees’ work enthusiasm and stability, enhance quality awareness, and strengthen corporate cohesion and centripetal force, Changniu Machinery launched a “Quality Demonstration Post” selection activity. Using the Quality Demonstration Post as a platform, the company established quality benchmarks and created a quality-oriented environment of “everyone values quality, and everyone strives to become a model post.”

On January 31, the 2021 Economic Work Conference and 2020 Annual Advanced Recognition Meeting of Changniu Machinery was grandly held at the company. More than 80 participants attended the meeting, including company leadership, managers above team leader level, advanced production (work) employees, and employee representatives. At the meeting, Chairman Wei Jinxiang delivered an important speech, and General Manager Sun Hao presented the economic work report. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Party Branch Secretary Wang Wenxing. During the conference, outstanding teams and advanced production (work) individuals for 2020 were also commended.

To celebrate the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, in accordance with the requirements of the Party Committee of Benniu Town and based on the actual situation of the Party branch of Changniu Machinery, and in order to educate and guide Party members and cadres to remember the glorious history of the Party, inherit and carry forward its fine traditions, and further strengthen the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members and cadres, on July 12, the Party branch of Changniu Machinery organized a themed activity for the 99th anniversary of the CPC founding: “Learning from Private Enterprises and Visiting Revolutionary Sites” for investigation and study.

In anticipation of the 19th National “Safety Month” in 2020, on May 12, 2020, the General Office of the State Council Safety Committee and the Ministry of Emergency Management jointly issued a notice. With the theme “Eliminate Hidden Accident Risks and Build a Solid Safety Defense Line,” the notice deployed nationwide activities for “Safety Production Month” and “Safety Production Ten Thousand Miles Journey.”
