On the morning of February 1, 2019, the company’s Production Department organized a comprehensive pre-holiday workplace safety inspection led personally by the General Manager. The inspection covered all production workshops, warehouses, power stations, and other facilities throughout the company to ensure that both the company and all employees could enjoy a safe and peaceful Spring Festival holiday.

On the afternoon of January 20, 2019, Changzhou Changniu Machinery Co., Ltd. held its 2019 Economic Work Conference at the Nanguan Village Committee Conference Hall in Benniu Town. The main purpose of the conference was to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, review and summarize Changniu Machinery’s work in 2018, study and deploy key tasks for 2019, and mobilize all cadres and employees of the company. On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening-up, the company called on all staff to further emancipate their minds, strengthen confidence, maintain an energetic spirit, and pursue innovative management, revenue growth and cost reduction, as well as quality and efficiency improvement, in order to create a new chapter of high-quality development for Changniu Machinery.

On January 17–18, 2019, Changzhou Changniu Machinery Co., Ltd. underwent its first surveillance audit following certification of the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System. The audit team from Jiangsu AIA International Standard Certification Co., Ltd. conducted a two-day on-site audit covering the company’s customer-oriented processes, support processes, management processes, and their respective sub-processes.

The exhibition opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai on March 31 and April 3. This edition of the expo welcomed participation from domestic and international foundry industry associations, research institutions, and manufacturers. After more than 13 years of development and expansion, the exhibition has become the “world-class foundry expo” and the “largest casting exhibition in the world.”

On January 23rd, Changzhou Changniu Machinery Co., Ltd. held the 2022 Economic Work Conference and the 2021 Advanced Commendation Conference. The main tasks of this meeting are: Unite wisdom and strength, take practical actions, overcome difficulties, forge ahead with determination, and strive to write a new chapter of high-quality development for Changniu Machinery. Company leaders, all cadres at or above the team leader level, some representatives of the trade union, some key personnel, advanced collectives and advanced individuals attended the meeting. At the meeting, Liu Xiaoyun, the chairman of the company, delivered an important speech. Sun Hao, the general manager, gave a keynote work report titled "Unite Wisdom and Strength, Forge Ahead, and Strive to Write a New Chapter of High-Quality Development for Changniu Machinery". The leaders in charge and the heads of various departments spoke in turn. The meeting was presided over by Wang Wenxing, the deputy secretary of the company's Party branch.

In order to enhance the emergency awareness of all employees, improve their ability to respond to sudden disasters, better understand the company's emergency response system, familiarize themselves with escape routes, improve self-rescue capabilities, and ensure personal safety, Changniu Machinery conducted an emergency plan drill on June 22, 2021. Based on the actual situation of the workshop site, Changniu Machinery has planned three types of drill activities: electric shock emergency plan drill, confined space drill, and forklift emergency plan drill.

At 2 p.m., an electric shock emergency response drill was conducted first. The content of the drill was the division of responsibilities among workers and emergency measures when workers on the scene were electrocuted. Enable employees to understand how they can receive effective first aid and treatment in a timely manner after an electric shock accident occurs, and do their utmost to minimize the degree of injury to personnel.
