Changzhou Changniu Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Benniu Town, Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is 6 km from the highway exit and 5 km from the civil aviation airport, offering very convenient transportation. The factory covers an area of more than 80,000 square meters, with a building area of over 30,000 square meters. It currently has approximately 400 employees.

Since its establishment, the company has continuously introduced advanced domestic and international casting technologies and equipment, improved inspection and testing methods, and created an excellent working environment. The factory places strong emphasis on establishing and improving its quality management system and safety & environmental protection system, implements strict process control, and provides comprehensive services. The company has obtained ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System certification, IATF16949:2016 Quality Management System certification, Safety Production Standardization Level 3 certification, as well as certification under the “Casting Industry Access Conditions”.

The company has invested over 86 million RMB to build a new casting workshop, equipped with more than 20 sets of advanced casting equipment imported from countries such as the United States and Japan. Key facilities include:

Sand Preparation: A fully automated green sand processing system equipped with online monitoring, capable of providing stable molding sand performance.

Melting: All molten iron is produced using electric furnace melting processes. The company is equipped with two 5T medium-frequency induction furnaces from Inductotherm and one 4T medium-frequency induction furnace, enabling the production of various grades of ductile iron, high-strength gray iron, and compacted graphite iron.

Molding: Two Japanese Tokyu AMF-Ⅲ07 horizontal parting flaskless molding lines and one iron shot shell molding line, with an annual production capacity of 40,000 tons of high-quality, high-precision castings.

Cleaning: One hook-type overhead conveyor shot blasting machine, one hanging shot blasting machine, four tumble-type shot blasting machines, and one fully automatic grinding machine, meeting the cleaning requirements of various castings.

Coating: A water-based paint coating line capable of meeting high-quality coating requirements for castings.

Inspection & Testing: Equipped with German SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer, furnace rapid thermal analyzer, metallographic microscope, mechanical property testing equipment, non-destructive testing equipment, chemical analysis equipment, and a full set of sand testing equipment, ensuring timely, accurate, and reliable quality control of castings.
