Safety first, civilized production

In accordance with the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, as well as the requirements of provincial, municipal, district, and township Party committees and governments, and guided by the principle of “identifying major safety risks and eliminating major accident hazards,” on March 5, 2021, the Production Department and Office of the parent company Changchai Co., Ltd. carried out safety, environmental protection, and fire safety inspections at Changniu Machinery.

This inspection primarily focused on the establishment of a company-wide safety production responsibility system, safety risk identification, risk level assessment, control measures and systems, hazard investigation and rectification, as well as the extraction and utilization of safety production funds. Key areas inspected included high-temperature molten metal processes, natural gas usage, hazardous waste management, special equipment, fire safety, confined spaces, hot work operations, and outsourced operations.

 

The safety inspection personnel from the parent company conducted a comprehensive safety production inspection across all workshops and departments of Changniu Machinery. They carefully examined each production site, identified issues and difficulties in safety management within various departments, and provided rectification suggestions.

 

The safety inspection team highly praised Changniu Machinery’s work in safety, environmental protection, and fire safety management. At the same time, they expressed the hope that in 2021, Changniu Machinery would continue to implement the safety production responsibility system, strictly follow standardized safety production requirements and the “dual prevention mechanism” (risk control and hidden hazard investigation and management), and integrate standardized requirements into all aspects of daily production and operations. It is essential to ensure that everyone prioritizes safety in everything they do, so that all potential safety hazards are eliminated at the earliest stage.
