In order to implement the company’s management policy, improve employees’ work enthusiasm and stability, enhance quality awareness, and strengthen corporate cohesion and centripetal force, Changniu Machinery launched a “Quality Demonstration Post” selection activity. Using the Quality Demonstration Post as a platform, the company established quality benchmarks and created a quality-oriented environment of “everyone values quality, and everyone strives to become a model post.”
The company formulated selection plans and standards for the Quality Demonstration Posts. Through a series of preliminary screening, evaluation, and public announcements conducted by various workshops and departments, a group of outstanding employees were selected as model representatives of quality demonstration positions by the workshops and the Technical Quality Department. Changniu Machinery also issued a company-wide commendation notice and provided cash rewards. All employees actively learned from them, and the quality awareness and enthusiasm of frontline workers were significantly improved.
