Changniu Machinery Co., Ltd. actively responded to the “Cloud-based Training, Supporting Enterprise Stability and Employment” free online training initiative launched by the Training Division of the Changzhou Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. Under the active promotion of General Manager Sun Hao and the leadership of Chairman Wei Jinxiang, company management and employees enthusiastically participated in the program, selecting suitable courses to learn and improve their professional skills.
Each organization was able to apply by scanning a QR code to obtain access to one Quantum University learning management platform, 100 student accounts, 7 job-specific skill training modules, and 1 essential enterprise growth course, totaling 63 courses taught by leading domestic experts. Based on its own needs, Changniu Machinery Co., Ltd. selected 7 courses, and managers and employees made use of their spare time to study according to their requirements.
