On the seventh day of the first lunar month (February 18), the first working day after the Lunar New Year of the Ox for the parent company Changchai Co., Ltd., Chairman of the Party Committee and Chairman Shi Xinkun, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary Zhang Xin, together with all members of the leadership team and heads of functional departments and manufacturing plants of the parent company, visited Changniu Machinery to extend New Year greetings.
Accompanied by company leaders, the parent company’s leadership inspected the foundry workshop and machining workshop, providing suggestions on production site management and technical upgrades, while also extending New Year greetings and blessings to all employees working on site.
In the foundry workshop, the leadership inquired about last year’s production results. They requested that Changniu Machinery fully leverage its advantages in casting, improve product quality, and strengthen safety production management. They also emphasized the importance of ensuring a smooth transition in production capacity following the relocation of the parent company’s foundry plant.
In the machining workshop, they asked about the production performance of key products such as engine blocks, cylinder heads, and balance shafts in the previous year, and encouraged Changniu Machinery to continue its efforts to ensure stable supply for the parent company.
Upon learning that nearly 90 out-of-town employees stayed locally during the Spring Festival to respond to national pandemic prevention policies and ensure supply for the parent company, and that the machining workshop resumed production on the third day of the Lunar New Year while the foundry workshop resumed on the fourth day, the leadership highly praised and affirmed these efforts.
In the Year of the Ox (Xin Chou year), the parent company’s leadership encouraged all cadres and employees of Changniu Machinery to carry forward the “Three Ox Spirit” in the new year—stay motivated, build on past achievements, stay rooted in their positions, work diligently, deliver results, and demonstrate their capabilities. With the spirit of “working without being urged,” they were urged to strive forward and fully embark on a new journey of high-quality development for Changniu Machinery.
