February 17, 2021, was the sixth day of the Lunar New Year. While many people were still immersed in the joyful and peaceful atmosphere of the Spring Festival holiday, all employees of Changniu Machinery welcomed their first working day after the holiday.
Early that morning, flags were flying at the company gate, and the company banner was fluttering in the breeze. With the lingering chill of early spring in the air, members of the company’s leadership team stood early at the entrance to welcome every returning employee.
At 9:00 a.m., members of the company’s management team and middle-level leaders visited the manufacturing plant and various departments to extend New Year greetings to employees on their first working day after the holiday. They also reminded department heads to focus on quality improvement in the new year and strengthen refined management, while encouraging everyone to continue making progress and achieve even greater success.
To meet the strong demand from Changchai headquarters, the machining workshop resumed work on the third day of the Lunar New Year, and the foundry workshop resumed on the fourth day. When the company’s management team visited the production workshops and saw employees working diligently and busily on their posts, they extended their most sincere New Year greetings to all frontline workers.
