On March 15, a team of six members from the Process Discipline Inspection Group of the Chief Engineer’s Office of the Changchai Headquarters conducted an on-site process discipline inspection at the company. The inspection covered both the casting and machining production lines. The inspection team carried out a comprehensive and detailed review by combining technical documentation used in production sites (including drawings, technical standards, equipment operation procedures, and process work instructions) with actual on-site operations across all production lines.
At the opening meeting of the process discipline inspection, General Manager Sun Hao of the company welcomed the experts from the headquarters review team and expressed gratitude for the long-term care and support provided by the Chief Engineer’s Office to Changniu Machinery. He also introduced the company’s efforts in implementing on-site process discipline. After the opening meeting, Management Representative Yang Yuhong accompanied the review team for the on-site audit.

After a full day of process discipline inspection, the audit team from the Chief Engineer’s Office of Changchai Headquarters provided a summary of the findings. They affirmed the improvements made in the company’s process discipline implementation and stated that the on-site process execution at Changniu Machinery is operating effectively.
Process discipline implementation is the foundation of quality control. Changniu Machinery strictly follows process requirements in actual on-site operations, which strongly ensures product quality and safety. Through closed-loop corrective actions and the practice of learning from individual cases to generalize improvements, the company avoids the approach of “treating only symptoms rather than root causes,” ensuring that related on-site issues are effectively resolved. Process discipline plays an indispensable role in the survival and development of an enterprise. Companies must place high importance on process discipline, continuously improve its management during design and manufacturing processes, thereby further enhancing product quality and strengthening core competitiveness.
