On February 5 (the eighth day of the first lunar month), Changniu Machinery welcomed its first working day after the Spring Festival holiday.

At 7:00 a.m., General Manager Sun Hao, together with members of the company leadership team and heads of various departments and workshops, gathered at the factory gate to welcome employees returning to work and extend New Year greetings to them.

On January 19, Changniu Machinery held its 2025 Economic Work Conference and the Third Session of the Second Workers’ (Staff) Congress. Company leaders, all middle-level and above managers, some employee representatives, advanced collectives, and outstanding individuals attended the meeting.

"Trade Union Sends Warmth, Sincere Care Warms the Heart". On January 15, 2025, Wan Liping, Chairman of the Xinbei District Federation of Trade Unions, Li Kai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Benniu Town and Chairman of the Town Federation of Trade Unions, together with Vice Chairpersons Huang Qiuhui and Chen Zhiqing, and others, visited the company to extend Spring Festival condolences to employees and deliver care packages.

   In order to improve employees’ skill levels, on-site management capabilities, and process execution ability, Changniu Machinery conducted training sessions for the directors, team leaders, and employees of the Foundry Workshop and Machining Workshop on August 14 and August 19–20 respectively.

On the occasion of the anniversary celebrating the founding of the Communist Party of China, and in order to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on strengthening Party discipline education, the Party Branch of Changniu Machinery actively responded to the CPC Central Committee’s “Notice on Conducting Party Discipline Learning and Education Across the Party” and organized a meaningful Party spirit and Party discipline study activity themed “Learning from Role Models to Strengthen Party Spirit, Putting Practice into Action to Embark on a New Journey” from June 28 to 29.
