June this year marks the 20th National “Work Safety Month.” In accordance with the notice issued by the General Office of the State Council Work Safety Committee and the Ministry of Emergency Management regarding the 2021 National “Work Safety Month” activities, as well as relevant requirements from provincial and municipal work safety offices, Changniu Machinery has carried out a series of activities under the theme of “Implementing Safety Responsibility and Promoting Safe Development.”
The objectives of Changniu Machinery’s “Work Safety Month” activities are to improve safety management levels, enhance all employees’ safety awareness, standardize production safety practices, eliminate potential hazards and accident risks, and further study and implement the newly revised Work Safety Law. The activities adhere to the safety production policy of “safety first, prevention-oriented, and comprehensive management,” follow the people-oriented safety concept, and have formulated the 2021 Changniu Machinery “Work Safety Month Activity Plan” to carry out various safety promotion initiatives.
During this “Work Safety Month,” Changniu Machinery organized a variety of activities. First, banners were hung and safety posters and educational charts were displayed in the company and all production branches to conduct comprehensive publicity and create a strong safety atmosphere.
On June 11, in anticipation of the Dragon Boat Festival, the Production Department organized a comprehensive pre-holiday safety inspection led personally by the General Manager. The inspection covered all production workshops, warehouses, and power station facilities. Potential hazards were identified and rectified in a timely manner to ensure that all safety production measures were effectively implemented.

Secondly, the company organized emergency response drills during the month to improve employees’ ability to handle sudden incidents. Safety knowledge training sessions were conducted for team leaders and safety management personnel to promote the concept of “strengthening safety legislation and ensuring safe production” across all employees.
Finally, Changzhou Anping Testing Company was invited to conduct on-site hazard factor inspections within the company. This ensured that risks were eliminated at the source, potential safety hazards were identified and addressed in a timely manner, and strict prevention of oversight or loss of control was maintained.
Work safety has no end point, only a starting point. Safety is the foundation of enterprise development, and all employees must participate in safety management. Only by ensuring that safety is managed by everyone, in every task, at all times, and in every place can Changniu Machinery achieve sustainable and stable development and make greater contributions to creating a safe, stable, and harmonious social environment.
