Since early August, continuous high temperatures have persisted. Employees of Changniu Machinery have remained steadfast at their posts, striving to achieve the company’s 2023 business targets.
On the morning of August 10, Ni Mingliang, Deputy Party Secretary of Changchai Group Headquarters, and He Jianjiang, Deputy General Manager, visited Changniu Machinery and delivered “cooling relief” supplies to frontline production posts, bringing care and concern directly to every employee. At each workshop, the company leaders expressed their condolences and gratitude to employees who, despite high temperatures and scorching heat, continued to remain at their posts. They also reminded everyone to prioritize safety at all times, arrange working hours reasonably, and ensure proper balance between work and rest.
At the same time, they carefully reviewed Changniu Machinery’s heatstroke prevention measures and safety production arrangements, and requested that the company leadership continue to strengthen summer safety production and food safety management, create better working conditions for employees, and ensure all operations proceed in an orderly manner.
The group headquarters leaders also visited the balancing shaft automated production line workshop to inquire about the construction progress of the intelligent workshop, as well as current off-season production arrangements and equipment maintenance status.
With the support of demand from the group headquarters and the joint efforts of all cadres and employees, from January to July this year, Changniu Machinery achieved a 25.72% year-on-year increase in total industrial output value, a 22.89% increase in sales revenue, and an 11.64% increase in tax contributions. Other key operating indicators also saw significant growth.
Moving forward, under the leadership of the group headquarters, Changniu Machinery will earnestly implement all tasks and requirements put forward by the headquarters. The company will further clarify objectives and responsibilities, focus on key priorities, streamline development logic, pursue breakthroughs, embrace innovation, actively resolve various contradictions and difficulties in production and operation, accelerate the implementation of all tasks, and ensure the successful completion of all annual targets.
