In order to further strengthen the company’s management team building, improve the overall quality and working capability of management personnel, and better meet the requirements of the company’s development, the company organized a management training program themed “Enhancing Quality, Addressing Weaknesses, and Strengthening Execution” in accordance with the annual cadre training plan.

The company held training sessions for team leaders and above on the afternoons of September 2 and September 9. General Manager Sun Hao delivered the opening mobilization speech, expressing his hope that through this training, managers would improve deficiencies in their management capabilities, enhance team management skills, strengthen responsibility awareness and execution, and better adapt to the needs of enterprise development, thereby leading all employees to safely, efficiently, and high-quality complete the company’s various objectives and tasks.

The company invited trainer Zhu Weifeng from Changzhou Hongyi Tongdao Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct the training, focusing on strengthening management responsibility and execution. The training consisted of two main topics:

The first topic, “How to Become an Excellent Manager,” focused on the core responsibility of managers, emphasizing how to develop responsibility awareness, how to use management tools to improve managerial skills, how to enhance mindset, and how to drive subordinates to work efficiently, thereby improving team cohesion and employee execution.

The second topic, “How to Effectively Implement Execution,” explained that team execution is one of the most important components of an enterprise and represents its largest cost factor. Through learning the 4R execution system, the training strengthened the team’s understanding of goals, optimization of action plans, and review of results, thereby improving overall execution capability. Interactive game sessions were also incorporated during the training to enhance participation, strengthen team cohesion, and improve communication and collaboration awareness.

After the training, all participants submitted reflections based on the interactive sessions. Through this training, management personnel recognized the importance of establishing an execution-oriented mindset in future work, ensuring that company policies and systems are effectively and rapidly implemented at all levels. At the same time, the training improved managers’ team leadership, communication and coordination skills, responsibility awareness, and sense of urgency, enabling each manager to better integrate into the company’s development path.
