From January 23 to 25, 2024, an audit team composed of two experts from Beijing Jiuding Guolian Certification Co., Ltd. conducted a three-day recertification audit of the company’s IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System. The audit covered all seven departments and two workshops of the company.
The audit team focused on reviewing key business processes, including the company’s business policy and objectives, human resources, management review, product audit, process audit, internal system audit, product delivery and service, new product development, production and manufacturing processes, monitoring and measurement management, as well as equipment and tooling management. All relevant departments actively cooperated and participated in the process, achieving mutual learning and significant improvement.
After the audit, the experts from the audit team affirmed the operation effectiveness of Changniu Machinery’s IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System at the closing meeting, and exchanged views on the issues identified during the audit, providing suggestions and requirements for improvement.
At the closing meeting, the company’s General Manager requested all departments and workshops to implement corrective actions for the issues identified by the audit team, and to take this audit as an opportunity to comprehensively review and further improve the quality management system, thereby continuously enhancing the company’s overall management level.
