On-site inspection of sand cores is being carried out thoroughly
To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Special Meeting on Sand Core Quality Improvement held by Changniu Machinery on August 24 and to actively respond to the company's 'Quality Month' campaign in September, on the afternoon of September 7, the Technical Quality Department led the establishment of a special inspection team, headed by the department leader, and visited two sand core suppliers, Moan Machinery Co., Ltd. and Yangtze Casting Materials Co., Ltd., to carry out on-site quality inspections.
The inspection team thoroughly examined the sand core production operation area, focusing on key aspects such as process compliance, inventory turnover, and on-site management, checking each item and conducting detailed investigations, while recording and categorising weaknesses in the production process on-site. After the inspection, the team immediately communicated face-to-face with the on-site managers of the two suppliers, providing feedback on each issue identified, clarifying the remediation deadlines and specific measures, ensuring that problems are "reported as soon as detected, and followed up immediately after reporting".
In the next phase, the Technical Quality Department will use "Quality Month" as a starting point to continuously conduct regular inspections of sand core quality, closely monitor the closure of issues, strictly enforce quality responsibilities across all parties, and implement stricter standards and more practical measures to firmly safeguard the first line of product quality, laying a solid foundation for the company's overall quality improvement.
