To enhance product quality and promptly investigate and address production defects, on 20 September, the Technical Quality Department took the lead in organising a quality analysis meeting for the August engine block and cylinder head production at the foundry branch. At the meeting, Vice President of Quality Yang Yuhong reported on the production quality of engine blocks and cylinder heads from January to August 2026, comparing relevant data with the January to May indicators and highlighting the severe pressure currently faced in quality control. The Technical Quality Department then reported the main defects of various types of engine blocks and cylinder heads in August, supplemented with on-site defect images, and identified the locations where defects were most frequent. After the report, participants held thorough discussions on quality defects. On-site team leaders and frontline employees combined their practical production experience to raise various issues in the current production process. The meeting clarified that each identified problem should be rectified, assigned responsible persons, who would formulate specific corrective measures, and clearly defined the requirements and deadlines for implementing these measures. The Technical Quality Department will continue to supervise and track progress to ensure all corrective actions are implemented effectively and product quality is continuously improved. This quality analysis meeting directly addressed production pain points and developed corrective plans based on issues identified. Going forward, the company will strengthen accountability for quality at each position, closely monitor the implementation of corrective actions, and integrate quality control throughout the entire production process to reinforce product quality.
