In order to thoroughly study and understand the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and ensure its full and effective implementation in all work practices, the Party Branch of Changniu Machinery held a branch meeting on the afternoon of November 3, 2022. The Party Branch Secretary of the company, Sun Hao, delivered a Party lecture on studying, promoting, and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress. Some Party members shared their learning experiences and reflections at the meeting.
The Party lecture focused on the spirit of the 20th National Congress, covering the overview of the conference, the main theme, the 15 sections of the report, key quotes, and the significance of the congress. The content was explained in a clear, comprehensive, and in-depth manner. Studying, promoting, and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress is the primary political task for the current and future period. All Party members, cadres, and employees of Changniu Machinery should continue to deeply study, understand, and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, effectively unify thinking and action with the spirit of the 20th National Congress, pool wisdom and strength, move forward with perseverance, and strive to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of Changniu Machinery.
At the meeting, Secretary Sun Hao put forward five requirements regarding the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress: First, firmly uphold the “Two Establishes,” strengthen the conviction to internalize them in mind and implement them in action, and transform them into conscious political awareness, ideological awareness, and action awareness to achieve the “Two Upholds,” maintaining closer unity around the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core. Second, ensure timely implementation and a strong learning atmosphere; all Party members, especially leading cadres, must set an example, take the lead in learning, and study more deeply while also organizing and guiding all employees, especially key personnel and young staff, to learn together. Third, integrate the spirit of the 20th National Congress into the learning content of all Party groups, adopting various forms such as individual self-study, group study, and organized discussions, studying the original texts and understanding the principles to deeply grasp its essence and connotation, ensuring thorough understanding and internalization. Fourth, closely integrate with the actual situation of the company, further improve development strategies and implement innovative measures, and ensure that the outcomes of learning are reflected in promoting work and driving the development of Changniu Machinery. Fifth, firmly implement the major requirements of “preventing COVID-19, stabilizing the economy, and ensuring safe development,” demonstrate responsibility and capability in taking on major tasks, focus on annual goals, move forward under pressure, overcome difficulties, accelerate progress, strive for the best results, and strive to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of Changniu Machinery.
Since the convening of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, all Party members of the Party Branch of Changniu Machinery have closely followed the congress through television broadcasts, online live streams, the “Study Xi Strong Nation” app, newspapers, and participation in learning competitions organized by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. This has created a strong atmosphere of studying, promoting, and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress within the company. Party members stated that they will fully play the exemplary and leading role of Party members, base themselves on their positions, integrate learning outcomes with their actual work, transform learning achievements into work motivation and capabilities, and devote themselves to practical work with a stronger sense of responsibility and mission, remaining firm in their beliefs, seeking truth and being pragmatic, and striving for the better development of Changniu Machinery.
