From February 19 to the morning of February 21, 2025, a review team composed of two experts from Beijing Jiuding Certification Co., Ltd. conducted a two-and-a-half-day surveillance audit of the company’s IATF16949:2016 Quality Management System. The audit covered four departments and two production workshops of the company.
During the audit process, the expert team comprehensively reviewed the operation of the company’s quality management system in accordance with the IATF16949:2016 standard through document review, employee interviews, and on-site production inspections. The audit focused on areas including the company’s business policy objectives, management review, human resources, internal system audits, procurement and supplier management, facility and working environment management, monitoring and measurement resources management, product monitoring and measurement, product delivery and service, and production processes.
Based on the audit results, the audit team pointed out that after effective corrective actions and written verification of the minor nonconformities identified during this audit, a notice will be issued confirming continued applicability of the company’s quality management system certification.
At the closing meeting after the on-site audit, the company’s Quality Management Representative requested all departments and workshops to take the issues identified in this external audit as an opportunity, strictly align with the requirements of the IATF16949:2016 standard and procedural documents, comprehensively review all management processes, and implement corrective actions across similar issues to ensure continuous improvement of the company’s quality management system. While ensuring successful completion of the audit, the company aims to further enhance overall quality management performance.
