Changniu Machinery conducts training on employee skills and execution ability

In order to enhance employees' skill literacy, on-site management, and process execution ability, Changniu Machinery conducted training for the factory directors, team leaders, and employees of the casting and machining factories on August 14th and August 19-20, respectively.

On the afternoon of August 14th, training will be conducted on the molding sand, molding, and pouring processes of the foundry factory. The afternoon training was mainly divided into three parts. The first part was explained by Yan Dongliang, the assistant general manager in charge of technology and quality of the company, on the control of molding sand. Firstly, the relationship between various parameters of molding sand, control methods, and the types of product defects caused by non-compliance of various parameters were explained through illustrations. Secondly, the control requirements of the molding sand responsible person for the system quality control points were clarified again. Finally, the information communication and abnormal handling process between molding sand inspection, mixing, and molding were explained; The second part was explained by Yang Jian, the assistant director of the foundry factory, on the control of molding and pouring. Firstly, the production process and precautions of molding and pouring procedures were explained. Secondly, the equipment status that should be paid attention to in the production process was explained. Finally, targeted quality problems and solutions over the years were reviewed; The third part was summarized by Yan Dongliang, the assistant to the general manager, who proposed the following four requirements: firstly, all personnel in each position must be familiar with their respective responsibilities and process requirements; Secondly, personnel in each position must strictly follow their respective process requirements. Good suggestions can be made during the production process, but the process cannot be changed without authorization; The third is to promptly handle and record any abnormalities that occur during the production process. Those that cannot be handled should be reported step by step, and all levels should respond quickly until the problem is solved. Production cannot continue with the problem; Fourthly, temporary employees on duty must also undergo on-the-job training and pass the assessment before they can start working.

On the afternoon of August 19th and the morning of August 20th, training will be conducted for all employees of the machining plant, including the factory director and team leader, in all processes. The two half day training mainly consisted of three parts. Firstly, Yang Yuhong, the deputy general manager in charge of production and safety, gave training and explanations on various aspects such as execution construction, on-site "5S", safety management, and equipment maintenance. Firstly, the importance of execution is explained from the aspects of what execution is, the construction of execution culture, and the role it brings; Secondly, it explains why it is necessary to do "5S" and safety management from the aspects of what "5S" is - safety management, and the benefits that can be brought by doing "5S" and safety management well; Finally, share and exchange knowledge and requirements related to equipment maintenance and upkeep. Secondly, Li Bin, the head of the Technical Quality Department, first reviewed the feedback on internal and external quality information from January to July of 2024, focusing on the causes of quality problems and detailed corrective and preventive measures. Secondly, he explained the on-site quality management process, sorted out the process requirements, responsible persons, and precautions for each process of the processing plant from start-up, production, inspection to shutdown. Thirdly, the head of the Technical Quality Department, Cheng Xintao, will explain the usage requirements of on-site measuring tools, as well as the basic knowledge of reading and recognizing drawings, and the content requirements of the on-site operation manual.

Through a three-day training on employee skills and execution, not only did the trainees deepen their understanding and awareness of the company's quality management work, but they also enhanced their ability to solve problems in the production process.
