Special Meeting on Improving Sand Core Quality—Strengthening Collaboration and Joint Progress to Forge Excellent Quality

On August 8, 2025, Changniu Machinery Co., Ltd. held a special meeting on improving the quality of sand core suppliers. Attendees included the company's general manager, relevant personnel from the technical quality department, production department, and foundry, as well as heads and managers from various sand core suppliers. The meeting conducted an in-depth analysis of current sand core quality issues and clarified improvement requirements.

At the beginning of the meeting, the technical quality department reported various sand core problems reflected on-site from January to July 2025. These mainly included issues such as excessive sand, burrs, breakage, incomplete filling, and poor adhesion. Changniu Machinery put forward relevant requirements for these problems, and the sand core suppliers also promised to submit improvement measures to address these issues.

General Manager Sun Hao emphasized in his concluding remarks: Sand cores are the "skeleton" of castings, and their quality directly determines our market competitiveness. This meeting is not simply about correcting errors, but about building a supply ecosystem of resonance and synergy.
