From February 19 to the morning of February 21, 2025, the audit team composed of two experts from Beijing Jiuding Certification Co., Ltd. came to the company for a two-and-a-half-day IATF16949:2016 quality management system supervision and audit. The supervision and audit covered 4 departments and 2 branches of the company.

During the audit process, the expert group according to the IATF16949: 2016 quality management system standards, by consulting documents, interviewing employees, inspecting the production site, etc., to fully understand the operation of the company's quality management system, the expert group focused on the company's business objectives, management review, human resources, internal audit of the system, procurement and supplier management, facilities and working environment management, monitoring and measurement of resource management, product monitoring and measurement, product delivery and service, Review of product production process and other aspects. According to the audit situation, the audit team pointed out that the minor non-conformities found in the audit process will be effectively rectified and verified in writing, and the company will be issued a notice of continued application of the relevant quality management system certification certificate.

At the last meeting after the on-site audit, the company's quality system management representatives asked all departments and branches to take the rectification of the problems found in the external audit as an opportunity, compare the IATF16949:2016 standard requirements and procedural documents, comprehensively sort out the various management processes, and draw inferences from one another, continuously improve and improve the company's quality management system, and comprehensively improve the company's quality management level while ensuring that the system is audited externally.
